For registration or re-registration, please complete the Registration Form and bring it to the first class.

Documents to bring for a first registration:

• The License request form for a Fereral license completed.
• 2 photos passport size
• Copy of the identity card or passport of the skater

If you are eligible for checks services, please complete the following Authorization form and make a copy of your little card you received form the administration.
