Please find attached the invitation (including the agenda) to the Annual General Meeting of Club Hiversport Patinage Luxembourg which will take place at 13:00 on Saturday 12 May 2018 at the Kockelscheuer ice rink at the same time as the prize giving and certificate ceremonies (a separate mail will be sent about this).
We also attach the minutes of the 2017 Annual General Meeting and an example proxy form (does not have to be this one) in case it is needed.
